SPC International - ACA Standard Form of Specialist Contract for Project Partnering
This is the international version of the well established partnering
contract SPC2000 Agreement. It follows the recent successful trialling
in the Middle East by Towers & Hamlins, most notably the University
Hospital in Dubai, a $900 million project which was set up under PPC
International.
